Founder
Our Founder Neans has a unique blend of both internal and external Fortune 500 CPG Food & Beverage Talent Acquisition experience including international recruiting. She led Talent Acquisition for Mark Anthony Group over US Supply Chain and all Functions for Canadian Operations in the wine, beer, spirits and RTD channels.
With Kellogg Company, she led recruitment for Sales and Category Management over Tier 1 National Customer Accounts, Walmart International, Retail, Specialty Food Away From Home Foodservice, Vend, C-Store, Natural & Organic & Club channels.
Previously, she was the primary talent acquisition partner for Sara Lee Corporation & Hillshire Brands, where Neans led headquarter and field Human Resources & Supply Chain Operations encompassing Manufacturing Leadership, Quality & Food Safety, Engineering, Strategic & Operational Demand, Supply & Capacity Planning, Customer Logistics, Transportation, Procurement and Continuous Improvement functions.
Prior to CPG recruitment, Neans spent eight years in Information Technology as a search firm recruitment and account manager for major companies headquartered in the Chicagoland area.

Rebecca Lucas is an accomplished talent acquisition and HR leader with 20 years’ experience in the consumer goods industry. Her career spans both corporate HR and executive search, giving her a unique perspective on how to align talent strategies with business goals. Before joining CPG Talent Management, Rebecca held senior leadership roles in HR and talent acquisition at organizations including Mark Anthony Brands and Sara Lee. Today, she partners with CPG companies to identify, attract, and develop high-performing teams that drive growth. Known for her strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach, Rebecca leverages her deep understanding of business and people to deliver recruitment solutions that create lasting impact.

Our recruiters are located in Austin, TX, and Chicago, IL, near the headquarters of leading global CPG, food & beverage, technology, pharmaceutical and consulting companies. Locations of positions we search for are global, including field services, manufacturing & packaging plants, and corporate functional roles.
